We take your text through a four-stage process to ensure that your text is rendered perfect:

1. We PROOFREAD the document
2. We submit the document to TECHNICAL EDITING by a specialist in your field
3. We COPY EDIT the paper, using one of our English-language experts
4. We FORMAT the document to your required specifications

Why do we use this four-stage process? We have worked with this process for many years and find it the most effective way of perfecting documents for our clients. The four separate editorial stages are performed by four independent editors, which essentially provides four separate checks of your document to ensure your document is edited to perfection.

How do we return your document to you?

We edit documents onscreen, in Microsoft Word, and use the ‘Track Changes’ option in this program to highlight the changes we have made to your document. We return two files to you: one file containing your original document showing the changes we have made using the ‘Track Changes’ function, and another file with all the Tracked Changes removed (i.e., a fully edited document with perfect English language content).

The two files are sent back to you electronically, via email, to the email address you specified at the time of submission.
